Commercial Plates We Offer

Comm. Class 3
Class 3 plates are used for commercial vehicles operated and registered by:
- Governments
- Municipalities
- Hospitals
- School Boards
Comm. Class 2
Class 2 plates are used for vehicles moving goods within 10 KM of the registered address. The subtypes of class 2 commercial plates have been broken down out below for your convenience.

Comm. Class 1
Class 1 commercial plates are used for vehicles which transport people or goods or is used for business purposes. The subtypes of class 1 commercial plates have been broken out down below for your convenience.
A 1-tow plate is placed on a vehicle that is being towed for the purpose of saving on drivers and/or fuel. The registered owner of the towing vehicle cannot own the vehicle being towed.
Permits licensing of trailers that operate province wide and transport exempted goods of someone other than the registered owner.
Permits licensing of vehicles that are operated within Alberta and at least one other jurisdiction and transport the general merchandise of someone other than the registered owner.
Permits licensing of vehicles that are operated province wide and transport the general merchandise of someone other than the registered owner.
