Current Titles are used to identify the current owner. In addition, this document will also show all registered interests in land.

Interests in this regard include mortgages, caveats, easements, and builders liens.

To Get a Current Title

To get a current title, you must provide the legal description which includes:

  • The plan
  • The block
  • And the lot

You can also use try

  • Land Identification code (LINC number)
  • Title number
  • Meridian
  • Range
  • Township
  • Section
  • Quarter
